Thanks to the harsh environment of the Moroccan desert, our olive trees produce an extraordinary olive oil rich in polyphenols, particularly Hydroxytyrosol. The desert climate, with extreme heat, rocky soil, and water scarcity, induces the olive trees to produce a large quantity of polyphenols for survival, resulting in exceptional olive oil with high hydroxytyrosol value.

Our production process encompasses integrated practices that prioritize the protection of the environment and the people involved. We grow the right cultivars in unspoiled environments and utilize mechanized and cold-press processes to produce Premium Organic EVOO.
